"Return was easy enough, thankfully"
I ordered a pair of shoes from sportler.com, but they ended up being a bit too small, because apparently sizing can never just be simple.
The return process was actually painless. The label was easy to find, and I just dropped the parcel off without having to deal with any weird extra steps or endless forms, which was a nice surprise.
The refund showed up after a few days, not exactly lightning speed, but still fine. Overall it went smoothly, and I’d order from them again...

"Support took way longer than I expected"
I emailed support earlier in the week, I think it was right after lunch because I remember checking it while my coffee was still warm, and it ended up taking a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really fix the issue or give me much to go on, so I was still kind of stuck. Overall, frustrating experience

"Shipping felt reasonable enough"
Shipping was a little more than I expected, but I did the quick mental math and figured it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The order showed up just fine, so overall I’m okay with it.

Solid. I’ve found the prices to be fair most of the time, which is nice. The only thing is the shipping cost feels a bit higher than I’d like. Otherwise, not bad at all.

"Delivery was reliable, right?"
I ordered a pair of shoes from sportler.com, the delivery showed up exactly when they said it would. The tracking worked fine the whole way too, which is always reassuring, isn’t it? The box was a little squashed when it arrived, but nothing inside was damaged, so overall I’m happy with the experience

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
I ordered from Sportler and the item itself was fine, but the packaging really wasn’t great. My brother was there when it arrived, and we both noticed the box was half open and crushed on one side. Luckily nothing inside was damaged, but for the price, I expected a bit more care with the shipping.

I ordered a pair of trekking shoes from sportler.com and, the product info was exactly what showed up. The size notes, weight, and materials all matched, which was a relief. I always feel a bit trapped buying shoes online because you’re kind of stuck hoping the details are accurate, but there were no surprises here. It made the whole decision way easier.

"Pickup was a lot slower than expected"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering ahead: my pickup took way longer than expected. The order wasn’t ready on time, and the staff seemed a little unsure about what was going on. I’d probably give yourself some extra time if you’re planning to grab something here during a busy part of the day.

"I was just surprised by how much stuff..."
I was just surprised by how much stuff sportler has. I went in looking for hiking shoes, but ended up browsing jackets, backpacks, and even some bike gear too.
The sizes and brands were good, and it wasn’t just the same few things you see in every other shop. I found what I needed without much hassle.
It’s a good shop if you’re into outdoor sports and just want plenty of options in one place. I’d definitely use it again.

"Easy site to use"
I found what I was looking for quickly, and the filters actually made it easy to narrow things down. Checkout was straightforward too, which was nice because confusion there is totally avoidable. Pages loaded fast on my phone, so overall it was a smooth shopping experience.

I tried to pay twice and the checkout page kept freezing on me. The order did eventually go through, so I guess it worked out in the end, but if I was in a hurry or buying something urgent, this would’ve been a lot more annoying

I had a look on Sportler hoping to grab a few sale items, but the discounts felt a bit misleading. Some of the prices seemed like they’d been higher before the promo, and my voucher barely worked on anything I actually wanted. Then once shipping was added, the deal didn’t feel that great anymore. It wasn’t a terrible experience, to be fair, but I did expect the offers to be better
"Looks legit, but the waiting was annoying"
I ordered from sportler.com and, to be fair, the branded stuff looked real to me. Tags, packaging, everything seemed fine, and the prices were decent too. But the delivery took longer than I expected and I got impatient waiting around for updates. Customer support replied, but they didn’t really give me much detail, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average

"Helpful service, but the delay was frustrating"
Customer service was friendly and did try to help when I had a question about my order, so I appreciate that. The main issue was that it took longer than I expected to get a proper reply, which was frustrating. It got sorted in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I do feel like some kind of compensation or goodwill gesture would be fair given the delay. Overall, 3 stars seems about right.
